Cooks will serve a variety of dishes including sides, appetizers, and desserts all which don’t include pulled pork.
9:00pm – Anything Butt ends Public Sampling, gates close
Saturday, October 24
10:00am – Gates Open to the Public
11:00am – Public Sampling Begins for BBQ Cookoff
Cooks will serve exclusively their take on Pulled Pork BBQ.
3:30pm – Award Ceremony & Public Sampling ends
4:00pm – Cook-Off over and public disperses
